If your loved one has passed, you may have a funeral (casket or cremated remains) or memorial Mass.
If you are working with a funeral home, the funeral director will contact our parish to coordinate a date and time for the funeral. If not, please contact the Parish Office to make these arrangements.
Your choice of priest (contingent on their schedules) will discuss and help you choose the readings and the music for the funeral as well as any specific requests you have for your loved one.
Funeral Reading References
References contain links to individual readings. You may select one Old Testament reading, one Responsorial Psalm, one New Testament reading, and one Gospel reading. During the Easter Season, you may select two from the New Testament and none from the Old Testament. Any questions or personalized selections should be discussed with the priest who will celebrate the Mass with you.
For a scrolling page with all the selections for a reading, check out the USCCB.org site:

Please direct questions about the church, flowers, and setting up for the funeral to Carol Faubert at carol@borromeoparish.com.
We do have a cemetery that is managed by the St. Louis Archdiocese. For a map of the cemetery layout, to find a loved one, or for more information, check out: Our Cemetery. The address of the cemetery is W. Randolph St.
